Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement:

 

Kairos Chronic Pain Coaching is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. 

 

We will do our part by reminding you of your scheduled appointment 48-hours in advance via phone and email.  We ask that you do your part and notify us within the timeframes listed below via phone. 

 

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much-needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.  

 

As a new client, you will be given a "welcome packet" that includes copies of all signed agreements between you and KCPC. Below is the appointment cancellation policy that includes cancellations for "complimentary appointments." 

 

Online + phone bookings can be scheduled 48-hours in advance unless otherwise discussed. 

 

 

Complimentary Appointments: 

In regard to the 30-minute complimentary phone session and 60-minute in-person session, we simply ask that you give us the courtesy of a prior notification 2-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone and a prior notification 24-hours before your scheduled appointment via in-person, respectively. If your 60-minute complimentary session is a virtual appointment, please give us a prior notification 24-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text.     

 

 

Scheduled Appointments- Individual:

If you have signed up for one of our one-on-one packaged programs (Metamorphosis, Evolve or Emerge) and have an in-person scheduled appointment please provide us the courtesy of a prior notification 24-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text. You may change your appointment to a virtual appointment for the same day/time of your in-person appointment to avoid penalty. 

 

If you have signed up for one of our one-on-one packaged programs (Metamorphosis, Evolve or Emerge) and have a virtual scheduled appointment please provide us the courtesy of a prior notification 2-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text. 

 

If you are unable to make the appointment altogether, please give us the courtesy of a prior notification 48-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text to avoid penalty.

 

 

Scheduled Appointments- Family:

If you have signed up for one of our one-on-one packaged programs (Metamorphosis, Evolve or Emerge) and have an in-person family scheduled appointment please provide us the courtesy of a prior notification 24-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text. You may change your appointment to a virtual family appointment for the same day/time of your in-person appointment to avoid penalty.

Support Group Appointments:

If you signed up for the Awareness Package in-person and are unable to attend the scheduled group session, please provide us the courtesy of a prior notification 2-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text ONLY IF you can still attend virtually, in which case, you will avoid penalty.

 

If you signed up for the Awareness Package virtually and are unable to attend the scheduled group session, please provide us the courtesy of a prior notification 48-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text to avoid penalty.

 

If you signed up for the Awareness Package and are unable to make the appointment altogether, please give us the courtesy of a prior notification 48-hours before your scheduled appointment via phone or text to avoid penalty.

 

Additional Support Cancellation Policy 

Additional support sessions require travel planning and expenses, therefore, after 24-hours of booking this service, it will be non-refundable. 

 

 

Upon becoming a "new member" you will receive a "welcome packet" which includes copies of all signed paperwork between you and KCPC. Specific penalty costs will be included on the "Welcome Packet- Cancellation Policy" page.

Christina H Chororos founded Kairos Chronic Pain Coaching in the fall of 2017 after obtaining her Integrative Wellness Life Coaching certification from the Integrative Wellness Academy.

 

Christina graduated with honors from Lynchburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Learning in 2002. Recently, Christina was accepted into the University of Connecticut’s Pain Management Graduate Program.

 

Christina is a decade-long deep infiltrating endometriosis sufferer, speaker and, suicide prevention + chronic pain patient advocate.
