In 2013, I decided to share my new coping skills and pain management techniques by establishing the first endometriosis support group in New Jersey. However, I wanted to do more. Much more.
For 14 years, I had taken immense joy and interest in being a saleswoman but, I knew it was time to write a new chapter in my life's story - and so, in early 2017, I closed the book on my sales career. I eagerly opened a brand new volume and began writing.
In April 2017, I went back to school to obtain my Integrative Wellness Life Coaching Certificate. Additionally, I obtained a continuing education certificate of completion for Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM) from The Suicide Prevention Center.
In the fall of 2017, I began developing The Kairos Chronic Pain Wellness Coaching Programs, ultimately establishing Kairos Chronic Pain Coaching, LLC.
Today, I work privately with clients, blog about chronic pain and chronic illness, and enjoy freelance writing. Wanting to continue my education, I was recently accepted into UCONN's (University of Connecticut) Pain Management Graduate Program.
