Resources We Love...That We Hope You Do Too!

Walter Inglis Anderson was an American painter and writer.

“Nothing diminishes anxiety faster than action.”

I designed KCPC's website to be a way for chronic pain sufferers to connect - with me, our team, with one another and with pertinent, unbiased information regarding chronic pain. Below, are some of the dominant resources I relied upon over the course of my walk with chronic pain both privately and/or professionally.

I encourage you to take the time to explore the ones that interest you.

However, don't overwhelm yourself. Knowledge, though powerful, can also become daunting and even off-putting, especially when dealing with matters of chronic pain.

When you enroll in any (1) of the (4) KCPC Coaching Wellness Programs, we will spend time discussing the information that matters most to YOU. In doing so, we can empower you with relevant research and follow up questions to ask your physicians, support you in making informed decisions regarding next-step treatment plans and perhaps even expand your consideration of paths you may not have thought to consider.

Sadly, chronic pain and suicide are often synonymous.

If you or someone you love is at risk please call 911 immediately, or contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
