"Let us be about setting high standards for life, love, creativity, and wisdom. If our expectations in these areas are low, we are not likely to experience wellness. Setting high standards makes every day and every decade worth looking forward to."

What People Are Already Saying!

It is important to note that we protect the confidentiality of all of our clients  - therefore, we will not disclose their full names. One of the most important reasons we do so is because some chronic pain sufferers don't want their employers knowing they suffer from chronic pain sadly, in fear of it possibly jeopardizing their position.

"Christina is caring, compassionate, supportive and knowledgeable. No matter where you are in your walk with chronic pain, I would recommend working with her- I wish I had known about her long ago."

I have had terrible pelvic pain due to endometriosis for a good portion of my adulthood. I had tried everything and was losing hope that my life would ever be what it once was. I was no longer the wife, mother or employee I used to be before the pain.

One day, I was speaking to a friend about the state my life was in due to the constant pain I was in. She had known Christina and her story and suggested I reach out to her.

Christina immediately made time for me. She suggested I join the "endometriosis support group" she founded and offered to meet with me once a week to discuss some of the coping methods she uses. Just having her to speak with knowing she "gets it"  has been an invaluable gift...but the support, encouragement, and recommendations to try implementing in my daily routine has made a tremendous difference not only in my life but in the lives of my family.

Christina is caring, compassionate, supportive and knowledgeable. No matter where you are in your walk with chronic pain, I would recommend working with her- I wish I had known about her long ago.

"Christina's understanding of chronic pain and the impact it has on the family has helped us look at this as a "systemic" family issue and begin to heal."

I am a mother of three beautiful (adult children). My youngest began having pelvic pain at 26-years old after suffering a miscarriage. My husband and I have taken her to the best physicians, surgeons, therapists, and wellness centers we could find but we could not alleviate her constant, daily pain.

In the past 5 years, I have watched my vibrant, ambitious, sociable, loving daughter wither away and change into a person I don't even recognize. As a mother, it's unbelievably painful to not be able to take your child's pain away...no matter what their age. I honestly wouldn't wish the sleepless nights, the immense worry, the anger, frustration, and bitterness on any parent. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't avoid becoming anxious and depressed. I never realized that chronic pain affects everyone in the family...not just the person suffering from it.

Thankfully, we reached out to Christina to see if we could either attend the endometriosis support group or possibly begin working with her.

Christina's understanding of chronic pain and the impact it has on the family has helped us look at this as a "systemic" family issue and begin to heal. Christina sincerely understands the impact of chronic pain but also has great compassion for the parents, siblings, friends, spouses, and caregivers who are affected.

"Christina has been uniquely prepared to help the chronic pain community in the way she is now."

Christina and I have been good friends over the past two decades. We have seen each other through the good, the bad and the ugly that life tends to offer over a 20-year span.

Christina has always possessed a loving, giving, selfless, sincerely caring heart. She cares deeply about people - regardless of whether she's known them for years or just met them. Christina has always navigated life from an inherent moral compass which she's uses as a guidepost for her relationships, work ethic, and inner life.

I helplessly watched as the endometriosis, chronic pain, multiple back-to-back surgeries, the diagnosis and death of her attentive father and dissolution of her marriage ravaged her body, her mind, her will and her spirit. I wasn't sure she'd be able to climb her way out of all of it.

I'm happy to say, she definitely proved me wrong. After she left the chronic pain recovery program it was like a light switched back on in her. She wanted to find some way to make all of her suffering worth something. Perhaps even more than that, she understood that financial constraints, proximity, work, and family obligations all can prevent a chronic pain sufferer from getting the kind of help she received.

Christina's education and career laid a foundation but it was her relentless drive to find balance in living with chronic pain that has contributed to her expertise. She spent years talking with her doctors and asking as many questions as she could, researching and studying data, stats, and facts all to create a personalized treatment plan that she would adjust...and readjust...until she found a formula that worked for her. Christina has been uniquely prepared to help the chronic pain community in the way she is now.

I look forward to hearing more stories from those she was destined to help.
